请教下DC的问题，windows2003系统
想请教下DC问题。公司环境是，总部是配置了根域，然后各地分公司各有一个DC。分公司的DC上没配GC。 公司是个多域环境，但只有一个森林。
昨天本地MPLS专线发生故障，导致和总部失去连接。
本地所有客户端不能登录域，我想问下，是不是没在本地的DC上配置GC，导致客户端不能登录域？
如果在本地配置GC的话，本地客户端会不会出现不能登录域这个问题？
我认为是必须在本地DC上配置GC或者启用GC缓存，这样才能使客户端正常登录。
不知道有什么建议？ Universal Group Membership Caching
In multidomain forests where remote sites do not have a global catalog server, the need to contact a global catalog server over a potentially slow WAN connection can be problematic. On domain controllers that are running Windows Server 2003, the Universal Group Membership Caching feature is available by default (does not require a specific functional level or domain mode), although it must be enabled on a per-site basis.
这个资料里说启用GC的缓存模式只要是运行2003系统就可以，不需要特别的functional level 或者domain mode。
我现在的环境是domain functional level是windows server 2003
但是森林级别是windows server 2000.
请问下如果这样的话，还能启用GC的缓存吗？ 谢谢 吧本地dc断开网线看看能登录不
按说应该可以缓存登录才对
