PBL列表
应该发到新浪的邮箱也有问题，这是因为新浪和MSN都加入了反PBL组织。解决方法：
登录到Spamhaus网站：http://www.spamhaus.org/index.lasso，
查询一下，自己的邮件服务器的公网IP地址在不在PBL列表里面，在的话进行申诉就可以了
