PBL申请移除问题请教

Removal Control: Request Failed

The PBL Removal System runs a series of automatic checks which can fail for any of the following reasons:

[*]You used an anonymous 'free' email address (we do not accept Gmail, Yahoo, etc).[*]You used an email address at a domain that has a suspicious Whois record.[*]You used an email address at a domain that has a bad history or is blacklisted.[*]You used a proxy or blacklisted IP to request the removal.[*][*]The IP address you tried to remove appears to be dynamic.[*]The IP address you tried to remove does not have the DNS of a mail server.[*]The IP address you tried to remove has a history of being abused by spammers.[*]The IP address is one which can only be removed by the registered IP owner.We strongly suggest you read the PBL FAQs to understand the PBL removals process.
