关于邮件服务器的DNS问题，涉及到退信，请教各位大侠！
发送到别的公司邮箱里面的信件被退信，已经找到原因，http://unblock.secureserver.net/?ip=211.103.232.** ，被这个网址给列进黑名单了，给我的解释是We cannot find reverse DNS for this IP.
RDNS converts IP addresses (211.103.232.**) to names (such as mail.example.com). Unconfigured networks are at high risk for spam and virus activity. Please contact your ISP to have RDNS assigned to your IP.
If you have additional questions please call 480-624-2500.
我们邮件服务器的原来外网地址是 mail.***.com.cn:3000, 但是现在用这个进不去了，只能用mail.211.103.232.**:3000来进去，我估计可能是域名的DNS之类的问题，但是具体不知道在哪里开启，请教达人。万分感谢！！！！

就是说要去ISP申请域名反解服务？在外网原来POP3 和SMTP都用mail.***.com.cn就行，现在只能用211.103.232.**。而且WEB方式也只能用IP的了
