给看下这是什么原因?如何解决?

动态IP地址搭建的邮件服务器，被hotmail服务器列入黑名单了;P回复 3楼 ogreplus 的帖子
有时候不一定真的是动态ip，不过字面意思是这样的前一段我ip突然就进入了动态拦截名单，自己去取消一下就好了

我上午已经在 http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip= 这个站申请通过了pbl，但现在给hotmail发邮件还是一样的问题．怎么办?
