英文垃圾邮件该怎么防

不知哪位高人知道英文垃圾邮件该怎么防，通常个人一天要收到3百多封，要疯了~~
看了日志无固定ip，无固定域名，邮件内容也不同，贝叶斯评的分数有很低5分左右，不知哪位高人有类似中文过滤规则之类的英文过滤文件，急！

我这里最近也是垃圾邮件成灾了，只能一封一封分析，用关键字来拦截
