发hotmail 被退信

公司里刚安装 win2003+Exchange2003 现在发hotmail 会被退信 信息如下:
xxxxxx@msn.com'，时间为 2008-5-20 14:28
            收件人电子邮件服务器出现 SMTP 通信问题。请与系统管理员联系。

不知道到这是什么原因,是否没有做IP反解析？

是动态IP？已经被http://www.spamhaus.org列入黑名单。

到http://www.spamhaus.org去Lookup IP Address一下你的IP，看被列到了哪一个RBL，然后再来讨论怎么移除。

我的服务器WIN2003 +exchange 2003,固定IP,没有做反向解析,可是没有办法发到HOTMAIL等很多国外国内邮件服务器,采用跟踪可以看到邮件已提交到HOTMAIL等处理...不知什么原因,,是否一定要做反向解析呢...
