发HOTMAIL为什么会有这种退信。

发HOTMAIL被退回来了，退信如下

Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. We generally do not accept email from dynamic IP's

我的是静态IP，怎么会因为动态IP这个原因被退信。

估计是你的域名有问题吧，难道是动态域名？或者没做过MX解析？

下次提问要把具体情况说明白点，你用的什么线路，什么域名，有没有 防火墙，怎么设置的，否则怎么知道是哪里出问题了

今天去试了试，我的邮箱HOTMAIL也不能发了，以前一直可以的，貌似hotmail的策略又改过了。。。。
