操作系统环境：win2k pro en + sp4；
没有安装任何spy 软件；
VirScan 7.1 杀毒软件，为最新的病毒库。
当我打开“我的电脑”时就会出现如下错误
“explorer.exe has general errors and will be closed by windows"

请问如何解决

这个上MS的临时错误，直接重新启动就可以了，这个样能保证系统会自动进行修复，如果你不行启动，就关掉explorer.exe，然后把task monitor弄出来，在运行里输入这个程序，系统就正常了
