outlook2003无法完成同步
服务器是exchange2000客户端：outlook2003
设置了use cached exchange mode和 offline folder.
online情况下，很正常，inbox里可以看到最新的邮件；
offline情况下，inbox里只能看到部分很早以前的邮件，没有新邮件可以看到；
