如何才能屏蔽系统发给用户的邮件？

当用户收到带病毒的邮件时，系统会自动处理，如加上"viruls found....",附件已删除。<br>能否不提示用户，直接删除访邮件？<br>用内容过滤规则？？或者可以直接设定？困惑中......
